Vendor Registration
Tenants should not register any kind of vendor into the system as a visitor, but rather, must fill out the below information. All vendors entering the building must have previously submitted a compliant Certificate of Insurance (COI). The Management Office is happy to work with Tenant’s vendors on obtaining a correct COI per the 24 East Washington COI Requirements. Please email all Certificates of Insurance to 24ewashington@am.jll.com and the Tenant Services Representative will confirm compliance.

Please note the following:
- All access requests need to be submitted 24 hours in advance to ensure adequate time for scheduling.
- 24 East Washington is a union building; proof of union membership will be requested.
- Deliveries of more than two trips on the freight elevator need to be scheduled prior to 6am or after 5pm.
- All vendors must have a valid Certificate of Insurance on file prior to being granted access (requirements can be found attached).
- Any access to tenant spaces when the tenant is not present needs to be confirmed with the tenant prior to access.
- An email stating that your access request has been granted will be delivered after all information has been properly submitted and reviewed.
